7:30P Hat Trick Club
On January 18, the Board of Directors will be holding a special meeting to discuss proposed amendments to the club’s bylaws. All are welcome and encouraged to attend. Club members will be receiving an email detailing all the proposed changes.
This meeting is for discussion purposes only. Additional changes will be made based on input from this discussion. The vote to accept the amended bylaws will be scheduled at the next regularly convened Board of Directors meeting or the Annual Meeting. Notification will be sent to all members for the date and time of the vote.
If you cannot attend the meeting but would like to express your thoughts to the Board, please send a letter via email to the Secretary (michelle.crown@pittsburghcurlingclub.com) by 12PM on January 18, 2012.
