Building Committee OPEN MEETING
Paradise Bowl private room (across the street from RMUISC)
This meeting will begin with short reports from the main groups involved with the building committee including: Building structure, Adams Township requirements, grant writing, timeline, liquor license, member donations.
The meeting will then progress into more detailed discussion of select areas.
ALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND! Many club members have indicated they’d like to become involved in this endeavor – so come to the meeting and let us know how you’d like to be part of the team.
It’s our annual one day bus trip to the Rochester Curling Club!
A GREAT way for new curlers (as well as experienced!) to get on real curling ice in a very friendly atmosphere.
We board the bus early (6:30A from RMU, 7:00A from Cranberry) and get to Rochester around 11A.
Everyone plays 2 draws – and the club with the most points wins! We match up teams while we’re on the bus (usually more experienced curlers skip – so you’re in good hands) or you can form your own.
We bring a pot luck lunch (coordinated through Marie) and Rochester supplies the dinner.
Other financial responsibilities include paying for the bus ($55 per adult curler) and buying your opponents beverages should you win your match. In addition we collect a donation as a tip for the bus driver.
Look for info on the glass in Feb. First 32 paid are in!!
